A sumptuously appointed barn conversion of classic Cornish granite, Meadow Barn brims with character and offers a lovely retreat for two. Light floods the building, giving a relaxed and sunny atmosphere that will lift your spirits, whatever the time of year.

Acorn is spacious and airy; the original vaulted ceiling now incorporates Velux skylights that drench the room in daylight (and can be blacked out at night). Rich pine panelling and exposed beams lend a Scandinavian feel to your Cornish holiday.

Hayloft, with its spacious double bed and comfortable sofas, was created by a sensitive conversion of the upper level of one of our ancient granite barns. This building was used for many years as a store for sacks of cereals and was so big that the other half of this huge space became The Granary.

The Courtyard Suite is located in a classic granite barn conversion separate from the main farmhouse and with its own entrance, it is rich in character and original features. This former stone cart house overlooks the traditional courtyard area, with its picturesque cluster of classic Cornish granite barns.

Our sumptuous and contemporary Willow Room retains a distinctly traditional feel. Located in the farmhouse the large window seats overlook the gardens and Lake Meadows making it impossible not to thoroughly relax here.

Wisteria is a delightful Twin bedded room, full of original character, a traditional kidney-shaped dressing table, and a stunning window seat overlooking The Lake Meadow.
